1. I will come and see the job and give an approximate estimate, as sometimes extras are added on to the job, this estimate is subject to change. Also the prices of materials are also subject to change according to the latest practices.
 
2. If the job is a small job and I am only there for a few hours or a full day, the job must be paid for in full on that day. If you are not happy with the job please tell me before I leave the job as it will cost me some expenses to go back there again.
